Is Sunday again..the only rest day for this week feeling tired but still keep it out going to gym with bei bei. Try to take watermelon before exercise to reduce musle pain, I think it quite work until I able to burn 300++ calories feeling happy with the result even is tired but is worth for it. Go to queenbay after gym with bei bei, it is so coincident meet Jas and Ten in the lift we are come on same time so we having dinner together and fetch bei bei's mummy after that at airport. Pamper myself with a DIY pedicure today quite like the outcome♥
